Job Description :

  • Oversee a group of stores and work with respective down line to develop and implement short term and long term tactical plans in line with the company’s strategies. Regular monitoring of store sales and ensure goals and expectations are achieved.
  • Maximizing sales and profitability
  • Providing  team with a stimulating and supportive environment
  • Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
  • Driving team performance
  • Review paperwork and statistical reports, conduct necessary analysis and take appropriate actions for rectification or improvements
  • Coordinate all activities in the outlets with the aim of achieving smooth operations

  • Licence and transportation (preferred)
  • Background in F&B operation (preferred fast food experience)
  • Great leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure
  • a team player with good problem solving skills and possess high degree of integrity
  • Able and willing to work flexible schedule and commit the time required to get job properly done.
